Anchored by two 23-storey residential towers connected with a sky-level leisure bridge, the design emphasizes skyline connection, ventilation, and open green integration. Every space at AERAVUE 24 offers uninterrupted views, sustainable design, and seamless connectivity between nature and architecture.

Started with basic block
placement and
single-module zoning.

Refined spacing
 between blocks for
 better light, ventilation
 and privacy.

Introduced internal
circulation networks for
smooth pedestrian and
vehicular movement.

Merged multiple typologies within a single
block to improve efficiency.

Final zoning integrates two typologies per block for functional balance.

Achieved minimal road circulation   with maximum open
  and green spaces.

Focused on inclusivity and community interaction within the high-rise setting.

Designed to promote
walkability and active outdoor use for residents.
